Iasi a university city and the cultural capital of Romania was the frame where the Learning Training and Teaching Activity of the Re-Construct project (2020-1-RO01-KA204-080317) took place. 20 participants among psychologists and adult educators from Spain, Italy, Portugal, and Poland were trained by the specialized staff of GAMMA institute, the Romanian coordinator of the consortium, in healthy strategies in daily life.

From the 10th to the 14th of October participants had the opportunity to know deeper the project and test for the first time the exercises of the 5 paths of a healthy lifestyle that will are already available on the first version of the Re-Construct mobile App. According to psychologists who had the opportunity to preview it, the app is a valid tool to work individually for a healthy lifestyle. The application, indeed, is thought to help adults who suffered stress, anxiety, and depression, typical of a crisis period, like it was the pandemic, to take care of the five aspects of a healthy life: mental health, emotional health, physical health, relational health, and professional health. For each aspect, the users will be able to train themselves with ten exercises doing two of them per week. Furthermore, to know which topic to start working on, a kind pet called “Mindy” will introduce the users to a self-evaluation questionnaire, then, Mindy will support them through the entire path giving suggestions and tips.

Participants were enthusiastic to have the opportunity to attend the training session and all agree in stating that a good synergy and a positive spirit of collaboration characterized the 5-days sessions. They gave their feedback on the exercises inside the path once tested and planned the methodology to test with interested people the beta version of the App in each Country of the consortium.
